5. 14-Day Return Policy
You can apply for a refund without reason within 14 days after receiving your items. Return goods must stay brand new, unused, undamaged and resalable with all original packaging, accessories and manuals intact. Please submit return requests via email with your order number. Returned products must be in original condition, brand new and unused, and must not be damaged, contaminated, or impair resale.

Customers may use prepaid shipping labels or the designated logistics company to return products, ensuring smooth completion of the return.

8. Exchange Policy
